La Voglia in Meiningen

Great location on the Meininger Markt, could drive from Suhl to the table, get off the bike, order an ice cream from a nice waiter and am a completely satisfied cyclist. Now the return trip to Suhl is much faster ... ...uphill.....

Very tasty ice cream

A nice little ice cream parlor. Located a bit away from the market square but it is definitely quieter. The staff are very nice and always ready to have fun :) There are also new types of ice cream every season 🍦🍨. In the main time the tables are full quickly but an ice cream on hand is still worthwhile.

The ice cream is delicious! But I find the staff patronizing and dismissive in 4 out of 5 cases. Addition and +1 star: the last time we visited the service was good and we were served in a friendly manner. I'm curious whether this will hold up over the summer - then I would give it the 5th star, because the ice cream is delicious!

Best ice cream in town! It smells and sounds like Italy! Recommendation for all ice cream and Italy lovers. The waitress not only speaks German, but also, as is proper, Italian. Tip!

Lemon lavender ice cream is awesome

A beautifully located café on the edge of the market square. You have a nice view over the hustle and bustle in the market warming you drink a delicious cappuccino. I am often there with my Vespa in summer. 😋

Gelateria La Voglia ...... what about everything at the top !!! Excellent ice cream ..... intense taste but at the same time x nothing heavy. Friendly and professional staff .... we have toured several ice cream shops here in Germany but the Voglia ice cream there surpasses all. We highly recommend it.

Delicious and, for me, large iced coffees. Price is right, location is good with a nice view over the whole place. Good selection of various types of ice cream. Gladly again on your next visit to Meiningen :)

It boasts a great location. Impeccable welcome and service. The ice cream is the best in the area, excellent also the cups presented in an excellent way and really good. The waiters are friendly, helpful and always smiling. I give five stars and definitely recommend going there!

A very nice restaurant with friendly service. If you want to sit out when the weather is nice and want to eat a huge sundae, this is the place for you. Since the city church is directly opposite, there is also something to admire while eating. Clear recommendation I would love to come back! 😊👍
